Site cached but not indexed by Google

I have a site launched for over three months, which is cached by Google one month ago but still not yet indexed. Appreciate very much SEO experts assist to find out what are the reasons and what we should do. Thanks in advance

Just sit tight. The two will catch up to each other. Caching is not directly related to indexing. It will work itself out in the next few weeks.
