Last night, while watching my beloved History channel a show came on that discussed the beginnings to the now on Google (My Fav Engine). The insight of the program provided me with footage of both founders and their drives and ambitions. In learning that both founders' families are in higher education it was rather exhilerating and humbling to learn that what they say is TRUE "Do No harm". If I had known nothing about Google before watching the show I would have walked away thinking that this company and it's culture is all about doing the right thing, even when society says it's the wrong thing. Well, at least when the corporate world says it's the wrong thing. Kudo's to the Google Gang. T-Shirts "Google Gang - Team member" would be awesome.

Also on the show giving some very objective commentary was our own Brett Tabke. Hat's off to Brett.

It was an awesome show and I learned a lot, even though I already knew a lot about Google.

Tonight was the Jeff Bazos story and I forgot to Tivo it. Oh, this morning I got an Information Weekly mag in the mail which claimed they would address and unlock the secrets of Google, but it was mostly bunk.

I know like every other person in business that as a business you have to be in control of YOUR OWN destiny. The Google Co-Founders are in control. They plan their work and then work their plan.

Hat's off to the History Channel, Brett Tabke and the Google Gang for participating in publicizing the dymnaic shift which they're pushing through in the way we all do business today.

Google on the History Channel?

The Google story is pretty amazing. The phrase "Meteoric Rise" comes to mind. What's even more interesting is that search technology is still in its infancy and Google is in position to lead the innovation to come.

Five years from now current search technology will seem primitive. But will it be Google or another garage gang of intellects leading the way?
