Should I Drop all exchange links with PR0

Google made a lot of links pages PRO in last update

In the last PR update an awful lot of sites link pages were rerated as PRO.

Should I drop such exchange links on the basis they'll do me harm or should I wait until the next update to see if these sites regain their PR value
