It looks like Google is starting to display a new search box for searches related to online dating and personals. The results appear to be a combination of scraped profiles from leading dating sites and Google Base.

It will be interesting to see what other category-specific searches Google comes up with in the near future, and what impact they'll have on webmasters.

That is very interesting...This has been one crazy year with Google. Time to start using Google Base.

Oddly I was talking with a company recently who are expanding in to this area...

They are a radio business both online and terrestrial.. they have been buying up radio stations but also expanding on there online dating business as one seems to be feeding off the other...

I would have thought they were different core businesses but according to their own market research it is an combination that is working very well ...
