Basically, I have a site that consists of a home page, and on that home page it has links to a "red widgets" and "blue widgets" page, along with the usual about, contact etc.

All links are contained in a navigation bar at the top of the page, which remains the same throughout the site.

However, on the "red widgets" page there are sub-categories, in the form of "blah.php?z=1&y=2&z=3&a=4&b=5&c=6".

These sub categories (which are basically price lists) have a lot of "red widgets" and thus are broken down into pages - sometimes up to 100 pages long.

Question is, if I use mod_rewrite to rewrite the URLs, will Google see adding lots of content and therefore links back to the home page as a bad thing?
