Google similar pages update

Hi All,

Has anyone notice the big change made in the similar pages results.
2 Weeks ago most of the sites similar pages had about 20 results.
Now it's only a few.

What do you think?

It appears they deliberately broke it like they did the link command.

For most pages they used to show a larger number of results, often very closely related, most obviously sites from the same dmoz category.

Now they show less results and they are only remotely related (as in the same general industry).

A couple years ago they deliberately broke the link command to show random junk links, so this appears to be the same thing.
