Heavy hit on June 27th. Until now, the strange sequence of results in the site: command was an good indicator what domain is messed up and what domain works like usual.

Since some hours, site:example.com shows an expected sequence, but still very low search traffic comapred to before June 27th

I was hit on June 27 as well and had a messed up site: command for my domain. The site: problem was corrected on my site about three weeks ago so I was hoping that the site would return in the SERPs on the next data refresh. Aug 17 was apparently that refresh.... but no change in SERPs.

Same here - the site: command has restored the home page to the top on our June 27/August 16 sites today, but no sign of the pages rising back to their old positions in the results. Yet ;)
