Google Taking Longer To Index These Days?

Used to be about two days

I have a site that's several years old. It used be, I made a new page and within 2-3 days it appeared in Google's search results. Lately it's been over a week, sometimes longer. Has anybody else noticed this? I'm using the "site:" operator to check.

How long do your pages take to get indexed these days?

For one of my site 48 hrs with just one inbound link from a forum with PR5.
It's a net TLD hosted in USA
