Help on decoding G sitemaps what the heck does it mean?

What do these readings on sitemaps mean?

Ok so I had sworn to delete my sitemaps account but I didn't. But there seem to be some things happening that G does not give a definition for that I know you guys can help.

1st: What does it mean?
Encodings: - In Page Analysis section
CP1252 (Windows Latin-1) - This bar almost full
US-ASCII - small amount
ISO-8859-5 (Cyrillic)- small amount
CP1250 (Windows Eastern European)- small amount

2nd: What does it mean? - Query stats page
Page Rank - Yep I know what this means but not these reading?
High Blank or Empty
Medium Blank or Empty
Low A small block empty about 95% filled
PageRank not yet assigned A tiny block filled about 3% rest blank.

It also tells me In external links to your site but link:www.mysite.com yields 0 IBL.

What the hell is going on. Please bear in mind guys I launched on July 1, 2006.

I am praying that this is not the sandbox, or kiddie site prison a more apt term. Ive started link campaign since 12th July.

This means that you have pages encoded 4 different ways. I don't think that this is unusual-I have 3.

This means that 95% of your pages have a low pagerank, and 5% (probably the newest pages) haven't been assigned pagerank yet.

Seems pretty straightforward-were you asking for something else?

Yeah why does it say external link with words, jamaican, food, etc then in the serps when I type link:www.mysite.com it returns nothing.

Also why do I have a low page rank and then no page rank on the site itself.

1.Those words are in the anchor text or in alt text in inbound links to your site.
To use link: command in G let a space after :
(ex. link: www.example.com)

2.You'll see page rank on the site in your G toolbar after the next transfer (maybe in Octomber).

One final question so it says on the G sitemaps that ny webpages have a low ranking, vs medium and high.

In your opinion what is the range of low 0 - 5 or 0 -3?

Also can that PR improve between now and October with more inbound links. Plus what is the grandfather period I only see 4 links when I have over 165 shown in Yahoo
