How to rank well for .com in the UK & USA

Hi ,

i have a website <edited> , it has traffic from google.com and some decent rankings. How can i transpose this over to google.co.uk aswell. My traffice is 80-85% from USa , i need more visibilty in .co.uk? Any ideas?

Host it on a UK server, make sure its on a UK IP address too, then you get global and UK only coverage.

It could be a peculiarity of the search arguements that I have used recently but I have a strong impression that .co.uk weighted towards uk sites even on a full web search.

If this is really the case and you have UK competitors then they may rank better on the same keywords.

Getting inbound links from UK based sites might influence google serps.
