I have a dedicated IP address for my website. it is indexed with google and gets a lot of traffic. I dont want to this to change.
I just signed up for a yahoo hosting account (starter package? ) and recently found out my IP is not dedicated. It changes.
Questions:
1. Is switching my website to a new ip/webhost bad for ranking, pr, etc, etc?
2. Is yahoo not having a static ip bad? does google like static ips?
I hope there are not too many repeat questions here, but, help appreciated,
