Site Indexed but no PR

My site is indexed by SEs, but PR not yet assigned

Google is saying my website is indexed by googleBot. Then why PR is not yet assigned?

Any veteran player of SEO can help me?

The PR you can see is only updated about 4 times a year. But behind the scenes Google is updating your "real PR" -- calculated out to many decimal places -- continually. They just won't share that information.
