well Optimized, Daily Crawling of all pages But not good getting serp

My site is optimized well and have recently got pr6 and have 186 backlinks.

i have found that all the pages of that google visits all its pages daily but i am not getting serp result .

Please help me and suggest me .........

and my pages with pr0, pr1, pr2 and pr3 appear constantly on the first page and rate in the top kw searches and search clicks. looks like you may have spent more time on getting the back links than providing accurate keywords and content? the little green thingy doesn't mean all that much
