How to kill MFA on Adsense

I get a lot of MFA pages on my site. I try to eliminate them immediately. They always have names like "find pictures about widgets" or "top 4 pages about widgets".

After the new adwords landing page requirement, these types of domains now have crap wikipedia content scraped into them (often huge entries), but of course the $$$ making adsense ads are still at the top of the page.

How do I ban these sites? If I ban (fake name) "detopp15sittes" dot com, the next day the .net version appears, then the .org, then .co.uk, then a variation with a new number in them - say, "detopp25sittes" dot com appears, and it begins again.

Any advice? The URLs just keep coming....
