I haven't recovered anything so my site is still supplemental on most of my 41,000 pages (is what Google tells me I have)
For some reason a subdirectory has taken over it all but it is still really screwed up.
Another thing someone mentioned was that google had a wrong path and I have seen that a lot in my Sitemaps. Paths are totally screwed up and Google has nested subfolder that doesn't even exist!
