Missed the 13th update and still only 1 page indexed

Ok so this is beyond frustrating. I have a google sitemap and the googlebot last sucessfully visited my website on July 13, 2006. How unfortunate because I was in the process of uploading an additional set of pages when this happend and the google bot returned a 403 for my home page. Since then it has indexed my site again I see the new Title and Meta description in the SERPS but shows the bot did not visit me.

Well why did G only index the one page (landing page) and when will the bot return ..can I call it (No I dont think it is a dog)
A little help here you guys are the Brothers Grimm of Google...

Just be patient. It will come back eventually. Make sure the links on your local website all work so Google can find them, and maybe try and advertise your URL on other pages so Google and other bots think your site is worth going back to.

I totally agree with Mr. Squash. It's much too soon to assume there's any long term problem.

Googlebot's crawling frequency depends on a lot of things, including PR, inbound links, how many clicks to get to each page from an inbound link, and so on. Also, they crawl more completely at some times than at others. Given that Google is sorting through tens of billions of urls, three days is not a very long time at all. Being already in the Sitemaps program, you will get some good feedback.
