Google Listing Only Pages from Part of Website

The rest is old url's which have gone supplemental

Ever since April 27 we are having difficulties with Google.
Google is crawling our site regulary however is not listing more pages.

For some reason Google has picked about 40 pages of our site and is not willing to add any new pages.

Is it possible something is going on whith our site? Or is the problem on Google's end?

Any suggestion would be very helpful..
