Quest about PR

I made mistake, what shallI do now?

Hi:) I have Pr5 in my homepage. By mistake I made the link to subdirectory www.bla-bla-bla/bla-bla/index.php. Now I get PR4 in subdirectory index page but only 2 in www.bla-bla-bla/bla-bla/(: Should I cange the link from homepage or not?

you need to pick one url that you use to link to your home page and stick with that one. Either one would work.
