Banned -- or just not indexed yet?

Hi,
I think pr updated. one of new site went 0-> 3 but an exiting pr4 stays same.

I had worked on getting links etc. so happy.

But let me know 2 my sites. were just started.

site1 hosted on july 9th with no links from anywhere

when I do site:site1.com google does not find it.
Does it mean it is banned.

The reason I am worried is site1 is a exactly same design and content as one of my old site and what I wanted to update the content later. I thought lets start hosting and make changes directly on server.

so is my site1 banned or is it not just indexed yet.
How can one tell the difference.

How do you expect this site gets indexed if it doesn't have any link that points to it :)?

Get some links up and you'll be indexed, you're of course not banned cuz google didn't even show you yet, LOL ;)
