I am having following sites....

Site A - Details about 8 products from category X
Site B - Details about 9th product from same category X
Site C - Directory of category X products (my products as well as competitor's prods).

All these 3 are hosted in different servers and separate class C network.

At present all these 3 are crosslinked from every page. also from C every page is linked to a.com/prod1/ and a.com/prod2/. Will it create problem? Site C is in a VPS and it also contains following sites.

Site D - Directory of products from Category X and many other categories.
Site E - A regional portal specific for a particular state.
Site F - Another regional portal for another state in my area.

Since it is a VPS, C D E and F share same IP. so can i interlink each other. Can i link to A from D and E? (contents of D and E are totally different from others)

All these sites contains atleast 4-5 subdomains like forums, blogs, photo galleries etc. So I am totally confused about interlinking all these sites. At present ABC are linked from every pages of D and ABC are linked from index page of E and F. Also in E and F all subdomains are interlinked.

For me A is most important, then B and C. Anybody can give a better way to link all these sites?

You would do much better (and remove the risk of having all your sites banned form Google), if you merged most or all of the sites into your primary domain, and used a 301 from the secondary domains and subdomains.

If every page interlinks, then the topics are clearly so close as to not need a separate site; you are multiplying your marketing effort, and dividing your ranking among a multitude of domains.

Plus you have built a link network that will probably get you banned from Google as soon as a rival reports your efforts.

Plus you almost certainly have some content duplication in the labrynthine structure, that is already hurting you.

Go for simple - Google loves simple.

Hi Quadrille,

Thank you for the help. As you said i removed all interlinks and slowly merging sub domains to main domains. But I cannot remove or redirect the main domains because all have unique themes and have separate link exchange schemes and pr5.
