I made a mini portal test site type thing. After a few days it was doing ok in Google, producing expected results. I added some links to the site from domain.com (the actual portal is domain.com/portal) and it vanishes completely from Google, not even the most specific search will locate it. I was wondering if this happening at the same time as me adding the links is coincidental or there is something to it? If not, why is the portal not being listed, but domain.com is?
The links I used are already in place on domain2.com.
