I just checked the toolbar and noticed no PR. Thinking it was a glitch, I checked a website that reports what PR your website has in different datacenters. About 5 datacenters have PR0 for my site.
Should I worry?
Check domain.com versus www.domain.com; check again with/without index.html (or whatever) - toolbar GPR should be the same for all.
If not, then sort out navigation and the 301 error.
If all are the same, thenthe problem is more likely to be Google's view of you. So check ALL your outgoing links, and remove any that are lnk exchanges, non-relevant, dead sites, bad sites or sites of no value to your visitors.
Any changes you've then made are all good, and may well be enough - if none of the above applied, reassess the number and quality of incoming links - and see what the competition has been doing!
