Cache of MY page on G shows my competitor's page!

How did my competitor's site become the cached version of MY page?

This is truly weird. If I type www.mydomain.com into G, G returns the see the links to G's cache of www.mydomain.com, pages that are similar to www.mydomain.com, pages that link to www.mydomain.com, etc. Fine.

Click on CACHE link, and the domain G.com is replaced with an IP number: http://64.x.x.x/search?q=cache:eIkR6IhNbd0J:www.mydomain.com/+&hl=en - my content is displayed.

Now in G Sitemaps: under the Statistics tab, then the Index stats sub-tab. I see those same links: related, info, link, etc. Click on the cache:www.mydomain.com from there, and lo and behold: the domain G.com is replaced with http://72.x.x.x/search?q=cache:mydomain.com&hl=en - but the page displayed is my competition's site!

How can this happen? How can he get google to cache his page, but call it mine? Is this some kind of Hijacking or 301 trick? I'm very confused.

Sounds like a hijacking.

Run that url through a server header checker to make sure.

I have the same problem with one of my sites, does anybody know the email address/form to report this to within Google. I have tried several before but just keep getting the standard response. Would filling out a reinclusion request help at all possibly?
