After almost four months I am finally starting to see my pages return to the Google index and being pulled out of supplemental hell. Every day for the last week or so 10-20 more pages enter the index and my traffic is slowly startng to pick up. Is anyone else seeing the same? During the last four months I made changes to my pages, but after not seeing any improvement I just decided to start building a new site rather than beat a dead horse...so I doubt it's anything I have done. I think Google is finally starting to work through whatever Big Daddy unleashed...

Matt Cutts said the "supplemental refresh will continue through the Summer" back several months ago.

So maybe this is it then...thank god! My traffic has been dead and buried for 4 months. I still don't understand what it was all about then...remove the pages entirely and brand them as supps...then presto back to where they were. Far fromm all of my pages have returned so maybe only some will and others won't...we'll see

One of my sites that was never affected remains unaffected - all pages indexed + supplmentals that have been gone for months.

One site is fully indexed except for one page.

One site has been missing 1/3 of the pages since February and there has not yet been any improvement. G responded to an email I sent regarding this site several months ago. G noted no problem with the site and simply suggested that I try site maps.

A site that I monitor lost 1/3 of its pages within the past few days (maybe on June 27 along with other sites that had problems that day).

Bottom line - I think it is a random event as to which supplementals are getting reindexed.

Pages showing as fully indexed again means nothing. That's normally been easy to make happen. The problem is the supplemental stays in the background, ready to and able to cause trouble in a variety of ways.

We can see a very slow improvement, with 3 or 4 supplemental pages returning to the 'proper' index. However, with 20,000+ pages still to go it's going to be a long, hard uphill battle!

It's good to see a 2-3% increase in Google referrals per week though, it couldn't come soon enough.
