Meta Refresh Hijack :(

Our <edited> site was totally hijacked using a metarefresh and now google shows his page. He just have an html index page and added this tag. Ours is a new website.,
A complaint at google has also been made using that form and i think noone is there to read those complaints.

Don't wait for Google to do anything, there are things you can do yourself.

[webmasterworld.com...] is a good place to start but there are many more...

Try a search for other solutions (including sending a notice under the DMCA). This problem has been widely documented and there are various things you can try.
