Search fo X Y Z Gives me.

google phrase quality

Hello all,

While searching for a particular phrases about the widgets, "x y z", Google does not give me an actual page with the phrase "x y z" until the third page of results. I have tried this with "a b c" and "d e f" and it generally takes until the third page of results to actually see the phrase "x y z" in bold on a link.

I don't remember Google doing things like this in the past. If I'm looking for "x y z", shouldn't pages actually containing that phrase show up earlier?

I find this very bizarre.
