On DCs - 216.239.39.104 and 66.102.11.104 if you search for europe tourist guide you will see our friends site doing well - much better than on the other dcs (dont know how long this will hold for)
ok, 1st/last post in this thread ;)
I would be happy with either of the two DC's above. For a two word term I keep an eye on 66.102.11.104 is showing 83,400,000 results while 216.239.39.104 is showing 68,100,000. The same term shows 78,800,000 on 64.233.163.104 and shows a lot of "Page Moved", blank pages, errors and genuinely terrible results so I don't believe 64.233.163.104 will stick for long, but then who knows…
Not seen these DC before either but were found by someone not so long ago.
No pub tonight

The question is if this is what is still giving me some traffic and soon these results will change again and I am left with 0 traffic. Or could this mean that I am on my way back?
Could some of you please check those DCs and tell me wath you see?
Also I noticed that when the updates started the total count for a keyword showed 12000 pages in "64.233.167.104".
But other DC's showed way less pages. Now all the DC's have the same number of pages (12000) for that specific keyword.
Which is the same dc (sort of) as 66.102.11.104 - which was showing the new/old results until a short time ago.
They do look a bit pre Bourbon for me too. (Which is why no-one can really say if they are the coming results or reminants of the old results.)
It looks like it is dancing back the other way now though :(
"I wonder how many heart attacks Google are responsible for each year. Being a fighter pilot is nothing compared to being a webmaster this days
Just did a search I did last night where a page from my site came up #290. Very relevant terms to my site. Same search today, I was #1. Both searches were done on generic google.com.
So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Actaully saw some clicks and more impressions via Adsense.
My apologies for being such an alarmist. Hopefully, I have learned my lesson (probably not).
Many thanks to the webmasters who have more experience, levelheadedness and insight than I ever will.
Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

I have none of my more recent sites getting traffic...
The PR of 5 from that dc is the first PR I have seen from my front page in a month. It appears to be static.
I also get backlinks using link:www.poossss.com from that dc, but only that dc.

Trainee, "Holy snit!"
PHD, "Yes, it's wild, look at the Adwords traffic. All the sites with money KW directories have gone. Make sure you have the Dup Dial all the way over."
Trainee, " What about the searchers?"
PHD," Let them click the Adsense for a while. Just read this stuff on Webmasterworld. Watch all the black hats run off and start rebuilding their sites - then we can sandbox 'em. Anything on Google News about Google's Broken? Gotta have that. OK, just wiggle some of the dials for effect."
Trainee," White hats too! Can we do this every weekend?"
PHD, "This goes on for two weeks. We slowly bring the dials back but put them over to the right for a while. All the keyword stuffing goes up top and really snarls up the guys rebuilding their sites. AdWords staff goes on overtime. Did you buy shares in Jack Daniels as I suggested?"
Trainee,"What's this red button "Revert to 2001" used for?"
PHD, "That's enough for today. Let's go watch NASDAQ."
