Has anyone else had this problem?

My site has about 200 pages and they all got indexed fine and i show up on first page for quite a few terms........ then for the last 3 weeks, each day or so a webpage of my site will not show in the serps and msn are not displaying a title or decription for that page and thus not ranking it.

This is happening to at least a page a day, so sooner or later most of my site will be like this and wont rank for anything for msn.

Also this problem is only with msn, not google or yahoo etc

When we only show the url it means we learned of the page from other web pages, but haven't crawled that page itself. Usually this means one of two things:

1) Your robots.txt file doesn't allow us to crawl the page. Note that if there is a syntax error in your robots.txt, we'll assume you don't want us.

2) We have marked your site as Spam. Send e-mail to webspam@microsoft.com.

Hope that helps.

Hi
Thanks for responce, but if i was marked as spam (which i shouldnt be) wouldnt all my pages be like this or removed from index as per hxxp://search.world.msn.com/docs/siteowner.aspx?t=SEARCH_WEBMASTER_PROC_ReincludeYourSite.htm

so it cant be that can it?

and i cant see any problem with my robots.txt - all it says is

# robots.txt
# CMS and accessibility code restrictions
#

User-agent: *
Disallow: /javaincludes/
Disallow: /includes/
Disallow: /access/
Disallow: /access.php
Disallow: /index.php?
Disallow: /basic/clickcount.php?
Disallow: /forum/archive/
Disallow: /forum/members/

even though msnbot seems to ignore these commands (google and yahoo obay them)

If "...msnbot seems to ignore these commands..." then most likely you or your site host is doing something wrong
