Site cant get indexed by MSN Search

We have a site that cant get indexed in MSN Search but in Google it get indexed well. In Google the site has mora than 260000 pages indexed but only 2000 in MSN Search. Also, MSN Search doesnt reflect the actual design of the site. I can find a lot of pages that doenst exist for more than 2 o 3 months. I submited the site again a couple of weeks but with no luck.
We arent using any black hat SEO's technique and it has a very simple way to navigate in it, always showing URLs to the previus pages. In the new design we dont use more than 100 links in one page.

Any idea about whats going on?

one - msn constantly drops pages and reindexes pages.

two - msn has a deep crawling issue since its release

three - new algorithm that has made it impossible for me to get any new pages into the index when prior to the algo it was fine

I hade checked other large site with lot of page in Google and they are showing similar result like mime.
How long are these issuess around?
