MSN not using description tag?

any ideas why?

Why is MSN not taking my description tag to use for their description? Instead it's taking the anchor text for my product page links.

To better see what I mean:
keyword search: phone recorder
my site: www.telephonecallrecorder.com

Try using the two word phrase "phone recorder" in your description as MSN is taking the first instance of this two word phrase and using the surrounding text to give the description in the SERPS.
