Apparently you are not the only one - nothing to understand, MSNdude doesn't answer anymore.
He said they are testing spam filters, however it seems like so many legitimate sites got wiped out that it turned into A BUG in my opinion.

The only thing positive I can say for others is my site that totally vanished at Christmas came back about 35% today. MSN kept crawling all during that time. I re-submitted about every two weeks.

MSN has a "site owner" section [search.msn.com] which includes a contact option if their published guidelines and FAQ's don't answer your question. No idea if they answer, but all you asked for was an address [search.msn.com]. ;-)
