Why am i not on msn?

Used keywords, title correctly etc and not on msn

I am having quite a few problems with my search engine optimisation.

I cannot get featured very highly on msn with my keyterms '[snip]' and '[snip]'.

We have also created a lot of pages using ASP from a database (some 1,000) which put in our keywords and the place name as meta tags and title and description.

ie: '[snip]'

I have followed the advise from the following link which i got from this forum: [snip] and still have no joy.

Please can anyone advise?
