To Resubmit or not? .......

If your site is doing okish on MSN but not brilliantly if you submit it again will it help or will this just get site taken off altogether?

And i know updating content and making it unique is very important but changing it to make it better could also make it worse couldnt it?

MSN will revisit your site whether you like it or not, so don't worry about resubmitting on any of the major search engines these days.
