I ask because our lot - about 30 of us - are jumping on the Eurostar at Waterloo (London) next week, heading through the channel tunnel and popping up in France - Lille, to be precise.
This is different, this is new - it makes a change from the usual festive frolics; it's exciting, I'm actually looking forward to it - traditional Christmas market to rummage around, lots of quaint shops, hopefully, dinner in a brasserie... It has all the makings of a very good time.
So, come one then, what will you be doing for work-related festive cheer?

..Lille is the equvalent for french of say Sunderland
I'm still trying to come to terms with the comparison... so Lille have a great football team then?
