Now we have the good news about MJ I assume that millions of Americans will be competing to send their children to never ever land where they can innocently sleep in his bed without fear of anything untoward happening, peruse his pornography and partake of his alcohol.
Wrong - this is another, more recent allegation than the physical assault:
George Best? i have very little time for him anyway.
He threw his talent away, I really dont know why people bother with him.
Facts and circumstances that merely place upon the defendant a grave suspicion of the crime charged or that merely raise a speculation or conjecture of the defendant's guilt are not sufficient to authorize a conviction of the defendant.
p.s. For those who don't know, I am a criminal defense lawyer. :)
"If the law supposes that," said Mr. Bumble, squeezing his hat emphatically in both hands, "the law is a ass - a idiot."
It was bound to happen.
I was 100% sure that he was found guilty!
I pity Jackson. Despite all his money, he's a poor person. He needs serious treatment for his tormented soul. I don't know what ghosts haunt him, but I guess his life is more living hell than glamour and fun.
His biggest asset is his 50 per cent share of the Beatles back catalogue, which Sony would love to get their hands on...
Guilty or innocent, commercially speaking, is he marketable?
he ain't nothin.
Millions of trees have been killed to print tabloid stories about that freak. I feel guilty wasting a few thousand pixels to do the same. Interesting to note that as MJJ sat in court, the media paid almost no attention to the #2 news story [cnn.com]
All this massmedia noise around some pop star broken by money and fame... while half the world's population try to survive on less than 2 $ a day and more than 100 millions die of starvation each year... this just proves how 'civilized' values are twisted and phony.
What a waste we ARE guilty of...
Agree that the man is mentally ill, you cant be the ticket when when you do the things he has done/do.
