I like to think I'm a little more economical, as long as you don't count my 200 DVDs that Netflix has now rendered useless. Speaking of useless, my poor gym membership hasn't been getting the love it deserves either.
I blame it on the snow...
2) Leather day timer binder thing, which still has the original pages in it from 2002. Second half of 2002 is blank, so I suppose I could reuse them again in... 2019?
3) Wireless-G Broadband router. Brand new. Thought I could use it to network this machine with a laptop... never happened, probably never will.
i could go on and on
A 802.11g adapter for my Xbox. I intended to use it to play online, but never have. Also, my Xbox is... <ahem> special now so it won't work w/ xbox live anyway. Still use the adapter occasionally for FTP, but not anywhere near enough to justify the purchase.
Oh, and I just HAD to have a 40gig iPod. I've barely used 5 gig. Don't have the time to rip all the songs to the thing. Could have had a much cheaper one and it would have done fine.
Phones. Lots of them. I buy them, don't like them, and never seem to return them.
my nikon d70 I bought for $1200
Geeze, I have the same camera and 5 different lenses. I use it almost daily! There are lots of webmasters here who would likely love to buy it from you ... for a deal! :)
Hmmm ... let's see. Things I don't use:
There's more, but this is getting embarassing - such waste!
Pasta making machine - Oh please - If there ever was anything to suck up your time! I buy my pasta off the shelf! There's more, but this is getting embarassing - such waste!
Ah, I forgot the hand-crank pasta machine...
...in my defense, most of my silly purchases were from thrift stores and yard sales, for <$20. (Except the jewelry/bead kiln... and the rest of the glassworking supplies... hehehe)
I can justify blowing $10-15 on almost any small kitchen appliance. ;)
Never heard of them either limbo but found this [badfads.com] at the bad fads museum.
They're small paper ('least thats what it looks like) discs with pictures of people on them which you collect.

Oh, I will use it :) I'm sure there's plenty of neat stuff to photograph in my upcoming 8 month trip all over Europe. Although my tiny Canon sd200 will be right in my pocket too.
I only have the stock lens. What else do you have?

Yeah, they're mostly cardboard, but sometimes you get plastic ones (if you're lucky!). They don't always have pictures of people on though, the ones my little brother used to collect (this is how I know all this, in case you were wondering) had cartoons and illustrations on.
For my part, I have a stomach exercising thing I bought, but it makes my stomach hurt so I figure that can't be good for me. I now hang my clothes on it.
