I just thought it was funny because it was on top of the calender in the control panel. Fireworks, pretty trees, a car, then Jean Luc Picard screaming and pointing at something. Made me chuckle.
Although I don't think it's reversed, it certainly looks as if the starfleet insignia/communicator is on wrong side of his uniform (doesn't it usually go on the right?)
