I didn't write the quote - it was translated from Chinese.

Atomic Bomb Plugs from the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

Oh, the caption did say:

Is called on the young boy's atomic bomb plug

Guess I thought that might've lost something in translation.

Ok

I have a delimma between Bundltd and Trilliumjedit

The term i was looking for was little boy atomic bomb plug

Bundltd found the page (in chinese) that would have given
him the answer. Well Trilliumjedi gave the correct bomb.

Remember, this was the first atomic bomb dropped. And
this plug is specific to the little boy bomb.

Im inclined towards Bundltd, buy I would like an opinion.

I'm just happy to have found the thing, even if I wasn't specific enough in naming it. ;)

I would give a half point to each, or for both to get
a point.

If that is not allowed, I would prefer Bunltd and trilliumjedi to reach an agreement among them selves.

I appoligize if i made a mess out of this, as this is
only my second time hosting the quiz.

I will let the official scorekeeper make a rulling on this, if neither of the two options suggested results in an outcome.

er... whos the official score keeper? - Can we get a decision on this and put it to bed sometime this century?

I think the winner is obvious.

In message 38, lgn1 said:

whats a four letter word for detonator, that would make
sense if you use two four letter words.

Right there, two words are requested. Whether it's an "atom bomb plug", "Hiroshima bomb plug", or "little boy's bomb plug" they are all bomb plugs...

The first time "bomb plug" was suggested was in message 55, by bunltd:

it's Hiroshima bomb plug

But that's just my personal opinion...

Dang, I'd tuned out thinking Bunltd had won it and missed all the excitement.

What's been happening is probably a good reason to have a specific set of goals for the game - like having to name the item and finding the photo. Same objectives every week.

Anyhow, I'm married so I have enough disputes of my own...

Good luck,

2odd...

After carefully examination, Bunltd provide the answer
'Hirsoshima bomb plug'. Well the Hirsoshima bomb was little boy so technically the correct answer was given by Bundltd
in message #55, and Bundltd did provide the proper web page,
and translated the answer into english, which was no easy feat. So for all intents and purposes 'little boy bomb plug' and 'Hirshohima bomb plug' are the same thing.

I am therefore awarding the prize to bunltd. Sorry Trilliumjedi, it was difficult, and I was partly to blame for not specify the rules more clearly at the very start.

Defintely should go to Lisa having re-read the thread - she found a relevant page on the net and posted a link before I did. Was close though!

Well done Lisa!
