Yahoo Inc. has received a second subpoena in connection with Taser Inc.'s defamation lawsuit against several Yahoo users.The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based maker of stun guns said information retrieved from Yahoo through a first subpoena, pertaining to the IP addresses of certain users, was not traceable. A second subpoena was issued on July 15 asking for updated information, according to a regulatory filing Friday.
Taser is attempting to sue several Yahoo message board users, who used pseudonyms and allegedly made "false and defaming statements" about the company and its officers.
