I'm having some ranking issues after changes

Hello friends, I have a few questions.
First, I use a high-quality domain with almost 1 million traffic. Then I used cloaking to place my landing page on the root page. A day later, the site stopped ranking. This only happened to the root page. My other pages still ranked. No manual action was taken, no de-indexing was done. When I reverted the content to its original state, it also didn't rank. Is there a solution?
Second, I have several landing pages that are already ranking for my brand. However, every time I refresh the page, the results are different. Sometimes they appear on desktop but not on mobile, and vice versa. Sometimes they disappear, sometimes they appear completely. I don't know what else to say to Google.
Third, I've seen many competitors increase their rankings using alternate (AMP) plugins, and they rank. I've tried them, and they do rank. But when I removed the alternate plugin, they disappeared from the rankings.
Fourth, I use AMP to speed up my site's mobile access. However, many competitors reported my domain to the DMCA database, which resulted in my rankings disappearing the next day. and i had to change my amp url again to get the rankings back.

How old is this site?

I am content with one genuine quality visitor per day, 1 million traffic means nothing unless you are selling advertising on an rpm basis.

You sound as though you are using artificial tecniques from a few years ago and trying to con GBDY. I don't believe they work now?

Why is your site so slow? Poor hosting, heavy pages, lack of consumer bandwidth?

Bear in mind every time you change something significant that G does not re-rank it immediately, it can take weeks or even months these days.
