How does he do it? He blasts you with a leaderboard and 2 cubes full of adsense ads. This take up all the screen, so if you want to see the real sites content you need to scroll.

Lame lame lame...

Geez, why don't you slap on a bunch of adlinks while you are it?

I like this thread... inspirational, with a touch of skepticism. Perfect combination.

I can't wait to join the ranks of those making 5 figures monthly. I figure I'm about 2 years away from that at the present rate of site growth.

I think back to the pre-AS days, when making money from a site was really tough for most of us. Talk about eeking out a living. I sure hope this advertising model remains viable for years to come.

Would you tell what type of web site you make if you make $14.000/month? Actually, I wouldn't even post it here.

Also, why a person who makes $14.000/month from adsense doesn;t have a single post before?

It sure isn't very user friendly, but there is nothing in the terms that a publisher can't do it.

I think I'm seeing the same site as others, but what's the basis for connecting it to the guy who started the thread?

Fryman: Who the heck is l3vi?

LOL to funny!

I don't know why you all are so rapped up about some guy making almost 15k a month with adsense, if its true or not.

The truth is at his 15k Google has not even invited him to premium adsense service. With that in mind you must realize he is only starting to crack the adsense pyramid, and there are others who may not bet as excited as he is about showing their success to their competitors that are doing hundreds of thousands a month if not a million.

You can make $15k a month without having the 20 million impressions required to apply for AdSense.

If I was well positioned - why not? His is certainly niche property.

Also, why a person who makes $14.000/month from adsense doesn;t have a single post before?

I made 30,000.00 in adsense dollars before I ever posted in here. I originally came in here to learn - not to speculate...

Now I do both...

Just about all of us by now that virtually any page displaying adsense ads will make some sort of revenue as long as the page has visitors. That really is the be all and end all of this subject. There is no tricks as such, apart from perhaps picking a good spot and color code for the ads.

Too many posts here and in other forums,of which I think this one is the best, discuss far too much about tricks, secrets, and so on.

The way I see it is that the easiest by far way to generate significant revenue from adsense, is to simply buy established websites that have been around a while and have a history of traffic. Place adsense on them if it is not already there, and away we go.

Scratch building websites or pages is not in my view the way to go.

So in summary my look on this subject is to establish a portfolio of established websites, covering just about any topic, the topic does not matter as long as it is not violating the TOS. By doing this it is perfectly possible to have a composite impression rate of 1 million impressions a day, if not a lot more than that ,and if one gets say 2% clickthrough at say even 5 cents a go, then that is a significant income with very little ongoing overhead.

Can anybody say why the above approach does not make sense?

Read my post man: 15k Google has not even invited him to premium adsense service. That has nothing to do with the other way around as your posted.

You can make 15k with very little traffic. What I was saying, is that 15k is not much. It does not even get you into the premium adsense service.

Yipee, this morning i have just for the first time broken through the 10K barrier! what a kick it gives you. I'll be smiling through each hour of this day. last month was just below 9K.

I have a portfolio of about 10 sites covering many subjects. Traffic for the total is 2 million page views. Nothing tricky, all above board. Just hard sweat and long hours at the keyboard. My traffic became so heavy for my multi-domain hosting account that I have moved over to my own server which is administrated for a low fee by a superb hosting company. My bandwidth useage is now around 130 Gig per month.

My advice is that as soon as you can afford to, leave your employment and do this for your living. Buy established domains from sedo that are under- optimized, do your SEO on them, keep link building, keep experimenting, and see the Adsense income steadily build up.

I think it's possible for certain areas.

In my niche I'll be happy to get to $10 a week at the mo!

In the long term I think that I will never hit those figures in this field.

But with my experience from this I plan to move to different areas in the future.

There's no doubt you can make $15K. However, the perfect upflowing earnings of his account sure looks like B.S to me. He's never been affected by a Google Update, seasonality, or anything?

How many stock charts go straight up?

Not only is Mostafa's level of success possible, but there are many publishers who do even better. And the $1000 per month increase mirrors my own experience.

My own stats:

- 23 sites on six different topics (some built by me, others purchased)

- 2.4 million total monthly page views

Not telling...

About the premium club: there are people making more than $2000 a day and even they aren't invited to the Premium club yet.

My own stats:

I'm getting 500,000-650,000 page views on just one site, yet that site's adsense provides enough revenue a day to buy a combo meal.

The site that pays me the most? It gets less than 1% of the page views of the site I just mentioned. So apparently I'm doing something wrong as far as turning page views into profit.

If you got 500K of page loads and can only buy a combo meal, you got something set up wrong, you need to test out the hotspots and change the text color

Google's Heat map really works! It has been said a lot of times in here which really validates it. In my experience, my ctr (and earnings) rose about 10 folds because of that one simple tip!

Fryman,

Without doing much research on my end (only checking the OP's profile), how do you know this? Could you PM me an example site of his so I can see what a $140K in 21 months site looks like (or at least one style of them ;-). TIA.

You really believe that each AdSense publisher earning over $10,000 per month must be reading this forum? This forum is certainly good and well-known, but maybe it is time to get back to reality.

I know of at least 3 who do, personally.

Why is this amount he is earning so shocking?

Check out sites like the NY Times and Weather Channel. They must be making at least six figures per month on Google ads.

If you've got the traffic, you will make a lot of money.

I understand everyone's skepticism as when most people are making nickels and dimes to see someone make that much is surprising. I've been working with adsense since March and have made a total of $6100+ so far.

I actually read some people on here (as a guest) when I first started AdSense discussing their ups and downs in revenue with Adsense. Someone then, also boasted a 5-figure monthly revenue of a number close to 80K, and people looked with skepticism then also.

When you consider that Google makes hundreds of millions of dollar in revenue from these ads yearly, publishers making $1M+ is plausible, considering there are some of us making perhaps less than $100 for the year.

There will be lots of new millionaires. Will I be one of them?

I am very dissapointed by what I make right now with Adsense.

The key to success seems to be quality traffic. And I don't have any. I don't get as many visitors as I would like to.
