Phillipines Adsensers?

I live in the US myself so this isnt a problem, but I have a friend who lives in the Phillipines that is very interested in joining the lifestyle. Is this possible, or are there any other alternatives for him?

Nice to see here filipino publishers. Someone posted that local traffic pays $0.03 and $0.05.

Maybe we can inform filipino website owners to advertise on adwords so that the keyword bid in "philippines", "philippine" would go higher.

33 clicks for $2. there's a lot worst than that, One time I have 44, guess it's only $1.5 .

Forget the local traffic unless you got large number of UNIQUE visitors per day. I've been there for more than a year. Maintaining several websites as it is my hobby and all of it concentrates on local traffic. Now, I got to try the different side of the world.
