On a further note, could these updates explain why the bot hasn't updated my ads on a new page in sometime? I set up a new site and one of the pages is still receiving targeting that is about another one of my domains.
Ex: my other site is about A on domainA.com, this is about B on domainB.com, on domainB.com on the index.html I am getting ads about A. They are not even related at all. Any suggestions?
Who wants to be the first to let us know what the earnings are on these suckers?
Already implemented across 16 sites, let you know as soon as soon as any information available.
I haven't replaced anything, it fits nicely at the top of my left navigation.
I'm assuming these count as an "ad unit" for the purposes of the Google "3 ad units per page" limit, but I haven't gone through the rules and checked yet. Until I read otherwise, I'll assume this to be the case.
EDIT - I just checked again and it looks like you are in fact allowed 3 Adsense units plus one Adlinks unit on any page.

I love the way there is no URL or Description. Adlinks can be inserted direct in content to look like a menu. I expect some high CTR over the next 2 weeks, my frequent visitors have likely become immune to the Classic Style Adsense Ads.
What happens when a user clicks on one of the adlinks? Does he gets redirected to some sort of Google page with Adsense ads?
Yes, users will be brought to a page containing related ads for the Ad Links topic they click on.
So can we click on the links to see the page of ads without getting booted? This is a very important question. I'd love to see the ad page but am too scared to try it!
Your reports won't track clicks made on the Ad Links topics. Only clicks on the Google ads linked from the Ad Links topics will be tracked. However, impressions are reported for each instance of the Ad Link unit as well as for each pageview of the resulting page that displays ads, so I wouldn't recommend clicking on your Ad Links topics to avoid
ASA
I'll give them a week for novelty factor, and then maybe a week after that to see how it settles out. If it can cause a PSA page to have earning power, even meagre earning power, it's an improvement. But so far I can't see a very compelling reason to run AdLinks in concert with AdSense.
I'll see how my tiny experimental pool pans out.
