March earnings payment has not been approved

No "April 16th" payment approved in payment history

It seems that everyone else here(majority) got their adsense earnings for last month approved. I on the other hand have not been approved yet. It is starting to worry me. Should I be worried? Last month (february earnings) were approved on March 11th.

Mines been approved =)

16th April.

Don't know if there is any variance in approval dates.

You do need to have made at least $100 for them to send you a check. Also, if you haven't submitted your tax information, they will not send a check until it has been completed.

I have more than $100 in my account, way more than that. I received a check from them last month. I dont know whats up. Hope things are ok.

I think that large part of checks were not reviewed/approved yet - check on my account is approved, checks on my wife's and my friend's accounts are not approved yet. Sites are fine, no strange activity on them, so I guess there's nothing to worry about. Checks should be approved shortly.

Mine was done on the 16th, like others. Anyone have an approval date OTHER than the 16th yet?

Hmmm, that's unusual that you all don't have a payment approval for April 16th. As far as I know, they have approved payments on the same date for all publishers - there has never been two dates for the same month showing up on different accounts.

I would say an email to the AdSense team is in order to ask why there isn't a payment showing up in your payment history. And please report back to let us know what the reasoning is for it ;)

Yeah there seem to be a few of us without payment approved this month. I have emailed the AdSense team; the reply was:

We understand your concern.
We send out checks within 30 days.

Not particularly helpful.

at least you got a reply.

no payment approval. 4 digits pending. no reply to concerns.

OK, I'm a little concerned.

I went into my account information and looked at the Tax information section. Even though I correctly entered this information when I signed up for the program it appears that Google was unaware as to my tax status, or at least showed no indication that it was aware.

I went through the process again in hopes that this may have anything to do with the lack of payment approval on my account.

ASA - Is this the issue here? Did google simply not carry over the tax information collected upon account activation, is this the reason so many of us are not seeing payment this month?

<edit>

So, it still looks like google doesn't know my tax info. But at this point I have to guess that it's just that, it only 'looks like' it. I'm presented with the same wizard in tax info.

I would have preferred for that to be the problem, better than not knowing.

I don't think so Fiver ... My tax info says:

"Our records indicate that you have already submitted the appropriate information."

And my payment for March is not approved yet ...

Jettie

yup, I've had this confirmed by a number of acquaintances running adsense accounts. Many with normal tax info and still no payment confirmation.

back to waiting.

Fiver, the tax confirmation language is somewhat buried in the first paragraph of your tax info page. It's easy to skim over it - it's the second sentence, as Jettie quoted:

"Our records indicate that you have already submitted the appropriate information."

You shouldn't have to enter your tax info more than once, but the page remains active so that you can update your information if necessary.

ASA - Is there any reason why some accounts are not showing payment, is there just a delay?

Hm... doesn't look good at all. So should we worry or not? What is the bottom line here?

maybe certain accounts have been flagged for extra scrutiny ... maybe this thread is directly related to this thread - [webmasterworld.com...]

Not related to my case at all - my sites are not phrama sites. It's sure not because of sites, because one site of mine had check approved and another - of my wife - similar by theme, but of a little different speciality, still waits for check approval, although she received all checks on time during almost a year already. I guess it's just temporary error, or something like that. A word from Google would sure help.

Could your specific problem be a case of shared addresses? I think I recall someone here a while ago saying a spouses account was canceled because google didn't like the fact that two accounts were in one household. I don't know the official stance on this, but really, if that were the case why would one of your cheques go through and not another? hrm.

Looks like a wide variety of sites are having delay problems, with no consistent theme. High CTR maybe? Mine has been high enough to warrant further review I'm sure. Anybody with a < 5% not been approved yet?

oh well, none of the proposed reasons have been consistent yet, I'm hoping someone is just slow on the draw. Misplaced a filing cabinet..

I am (sadly) below 5% CTR and still unapproved. However this will be my first check so they may need to review my case "extra carefully" before paying.

Your CTR has no bearing on your approval... I dare say some of the larger sites that see massive numbers (especially forum communities) get anywhere over 1%.

No, her checks go to her mom to a different country. And she was receiving checks just fine during a long time. With CTR times lower than what you asked.

I haven't been approved either, but in January I wasn't approved until the 22nd, so I'm hoping on tomorrow...

That gives me a little hope. I hope this is the case.

first month

Many of the accounts affected are long standing.

Hmm... You know what: Normally I don't even bother to look at that section anymore, since there has never been a problem AFAIK.

But I just checked (b/c of this thread), and sure enough: "Friday, April 16, 2004 Payment Approved" :-)

(BTW, same country as Jettie.)

Do you guys think that google will allow you would be mean enough to let you serve your ads..until the end of the month, just to let you know (when you are expecting a check) that you will not be receiving one because of something you did?

If you have been mean to them, I am sure they will take great pleasure in being mean to you ;)

I have never been mean to them. I would just hate for them to come up with something...and waiting so long to tell me. That would really suck.
