I'm a bit confused by the Adsense policy which says the colour scheme must be such the URLs are visible, and the Leaderboard format that doesn't show URLs no matter what!

I see URLs on my leaderboard ads, so I'm not sure what you mean.

I like the new ad options. Better flexibility is a good thing. The 125x125 and 120x240 seem to work well in combination with other ads next to them and smaller pages, for example.
