include_path problem

Hello world, i try to include a file in a path directory (path written in a php.ini) but nothing happens, may be somebody knows reason?

please give us some RELEVANT sample code and the error you got.

If it is in an auto_prepend_file directive I have noticed nothing will happen if there is a syntax error in the auotmatically included file. But, as already mentioned, you'll probably have to give us a bit more information ...
