I think this is almost like when someone asks about tuning a car.
If your asking, most of the time, you dont have the skills to DIY.
Not to be rude or anything, but that's the way it works out, most of the time.
There are many open-source CMS, which are easy to set up, easy to use, etc.
Advantages of Opensource CMS:
* free
* can install pre-made modules
* may be more secure (depends on how skilled you are)
Dis-advantages of opensource cms:
* security risks are more obvious, when they appear
* may be more static in design-layout, than a custom CMS
If you install an opensource CMS, remember to add yourself to the mailing-list, so you get mails when security-related updates are made availible.
