forum wont show because of bad skin

hi everyone i have a big problem. i installed a different skin for my forum. Now the forum wont come up and i get errors. it wont even let me into the admin panel to change back the skin. Can someone take a look and tell me what i need todo?

well, I am taking a wild guess that the config file it is looking for is in the wrong place.

Do you know where the config file is?
do you know where it is supposed to be?
what is line 361?

no thanks, I have my own work to do ;)

if you followed installation instructions I would go back through them and make sure that everything was done correctly, as obviously something wasn't.

check all paths, permissions.

start with the line of code on line 361 and go from there.
