I don’t have big experience with web development.
However I would like to start community web site.
In this case it seems that portal development software
like PHP-NUKE or its clones would satisfy most of my
requirements. The only one module I was not able to
find is informational-comparison module. I want to have
something like << Pricewatch>> or << Pricedrabber>>
to represent information for comparison shopping. So
I’ll need the module where people would be able to add
some objects with short description, picture and other
information in different categories. And visitor should be
able to watch this information, represented in different
categories, search within it and sort it with some criteria.
Could anybody advice, if this module exists for any of
Portal software, or as a separate software that I would
be able to use.
