Please advise some script for subtitles site!

Hey everybody!
I want to make project, subject is "films subtitles". Need some script for it. Primary function is new subtitles adding and classification. Maybe you can advise something?

You can search the Hotscript [hotscripts.com] for a script on file manager [hotscripts.com] or better music libraries [hotscripts.com]

Certainly you would need to reorganize things a bit. I would use one of the music libraries for that.
